Strengths
With a sharp eye for aesthetics, especially in graphic design, I envision endless possibilities and a lifelong journey of refining my skills with Adobe. I am committed to constant improvement and take great pride in my work. This dedication, along with a natural curiosity for graphic design, fashion, interior design, and digital trends, ignites my passion.
I am often seen as likable, with many seeking my company, noting the joy I bring to the office. Though I take some time to settle in, once comfortable, I am quite easygoing. While I may not be the loudest person in the room, this often enhances a smooth and efficient workflow in a professional setting.
Imposter
Syndrome
I’m learning to view criticism as a growth opportunity rather than taking it personally, recognizing that design isn’t black and white. I avoid imposing my ideas on others, believing it hinders collaboration, which often leads to the best outcomes. Yet, deep down, there’s a small, insecure part of me that strives to be the best.
I understand that to aim for a directing or management role, I need to rethink my reluctance to assert my ideas. At times, taking charge of the art direction is essential, and that responsibility could fall to me. I believe gaining more experience in graphic design and within the company will make this more intuitive.
